Ambassador Program

Metro North Chamber Ambasadors are the goodwill arm of the organization. Ambassadors help greet members at events and introduce new members around the Chamber. This is high-energy, very rewarding program for members. Ambassadors meet every second Tuesday of the month at 8:00 am at the Chamber to plan for the upcoming month.

The Ambassador position provides avenues of networking and allows you to meet business employers at a more personal level.

Ambassadors are the goodwill arm of the Metro North Chamber.Ambassadors greet members at events and introduce new members around the Chamber; they also play a key role in welcoming new businesses to the Metro North region. Each month the Ambassadors are awarded points for attending events such as Grand Openings, Ribbon Cuttings, volunteering at Chamber events and assisting new Chamber members. At the end of the quarter an Ambassador who has received the most points is recognized for their hard work and dedication to the Chamber. This quarter Gabe McBride has earned the Ambassador Spotlight and has shown a great deal of commitment to the Metro North Chamber of Commerce.

Colorado Flavors is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Sheila and Gabe McBride. Located locally in Thornton this condiment development and marketing company carries a selection of spice packets to add flavor to any dish and includes recipe suggestions with each order. Gabe brings to his business many years of cooking experience, which dates back to when he was 5 years old watching and helping his mother make meals for their entire family. Gabe has also spent several years in the restaurant industry performing many roles including line and prep cook, as well as performing the duties of omelet chef for the Sunday buffet at C.S. Goodberry’s in Lakewood which have all added to his appreciation for flavorful food.

Colorado Flavors motto is “Because Colorado Doesn’t Live Blandly”, because we don’t believe in having to endure bland tasteless food. Our goal is to create the Colorado flavor(s) that can match the beauty of the state in which we live. Since joining the Metro North Chamber Colorado Flavors has experienced huge company and personal growth through involvement as an Ambassador as well as participating in the other groups and opportunities that the chamber has to offer. We have been able to make dozens of contacts that would not have been possible without the partnership of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce.
