Federal Heights is located directly north of Denver in Adams County. It is a residential community with a population of over 12,000 residents. It was incorporated in 1940 and it encompasses almost 2 square miles. Federal Heights is named for its location on Federal Boulevard. It offers quick access to the greater metro area, Denver International Airport and the mountains to the west. Federal Heights is home to Water World, one of America’s largest family water parks.
