The “Luck of the Irish” was with Metro North Chamber partners who attended the 2^nd Annual St. Patrick’s Bash at the Chateaux at Fox Meadows on Thursday, March 15. The Event proved to be a great place to make new and enhance business connections while enjoying mouth watering food prepared here locally and tasting a variety of wines.

“The best part of the evening for me is always the opportunity to meet new people and get to know more of the Chamber membership from the entire Metro North region,” states Westminster Councilor Mary Lindsay. The Chamber wishes to thank Pro Chrysler Jeep, Eagle Legacy Credit Union, MetroNorth Newspapers and The Chateaux at Fox Meadows for sponsoring the Event.

Food Sponsors included Bonefish Grill (Ben Martinez, 10438 Town Place Drive, Westminster – 303.423.3474) who tempted guests with their amazing Bang Bang Shrimp; Carrabba’s Italian Grill (Mat Snyder, 7401 W. 92^nd Ave, Westminster-303.940.5620) bringing delicious home-style Chicken Marsala, Tomato Caprisi, and an array of imported cheeses for old world lovers to enjoy andTony Rosacci’s Fine Catering (Lisa Finney, 12001 E. Caley Avenue, Englewood – 303.662.9353) complimented the menu with their rendition of a “Nutty Irishman”; an edible chocolate cup filled with a Bailey’s mousse and topped with Jamison roasted hazelnuts.
