The Race
The Metro North Chamber Challenge 5K is a race for all individuals. It doesn't matter if you're an elite runner, or you'd just prefer to go out for a nice walk on a summer evening, the Chamber Challenge 5K is the event for you. With the race beginning and ending in the same place you will start and finish to the delightful sounds of a live band and the wonderful smells of some of the Chamber's finest restaurants. So lace up your sneakers and get ready for the Chamber Challenge 5K.

The Chamber Challenge Food Drive
If running or walking a 5K just isn't your thing, but you'd still like to be at the event...We've got just the opportunity in mind for you!!!
Between NOW and Sept. 9th we will be collecting food donations for local Food Banks to better help the community in its time of need. For your participation in this Food Drive we will give you FREE entry to the Chamber Challenge After Party and Business After Hours. Even if you plan to participate in the 5K event, we encourage you to take part in the Food Drive as well.
So grab a paper bag, download the Needed Items list, and return your bag of food to the following drop-off points between NOW and July 29th!!!

Basics
- With the growing popularity of the Chamber Challenge 5K, we have moved the location of the race to the Multipurpose Fields on 108th and Colorado Blvd. The course will follow trails around the area and finish in the same place as the start. Additionally, this year's race will feature a staggered start format for Competitive runners, Leisure runners, and walkers.
- Awards will be given to the Top Three Overall Individual Males and Females. Awards will also be given to the Top Three Individuals in their respective age groups.
* Age groups are as follows: 19&Under, 20-29, 30-39,
40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
* Top Overall Individuals will not be eligible to win their age
category, but are still eligible to win in the Corporate
Challenge.
- The Chamber Challenge uses chip timing technology provided by ChampionChip of the Rockies.
- All Participants will receive a Goodie Bag, free T-shirt, and admission to After Party.
