Deborah Obermeyer, CEO As President of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce, Deborah Obermeyer is responsible for identifying, promoting and representing the unified needs of the business community, while growing membership and programs. With a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, project management and association management, Deborah has managed and led numerous multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion, including fund generation, partnerships creation and program implementation for a diverse client base. In addition to running her own successful marketing and consulting firm, Deborah has successfully worked with both public and private organizations in the areas of image and consensus building, competitive market research, pricing, promotion, market identification and stratification and multi-media campaign development.

Joni Broadfoot, Vice President of Member Services As Vice President of Member Services for the Metro North Chamber of Commerce, Joni Broadfoot is responsible for the planning and implementation of all membership based programs provided by the Chamber, as well as working with members to coordinate Chamber committees and any volunteer opportunities. Joni is directly responsible for all Chamber networking programs including the Leadership Program, Grand Openings/Ribbon Cuttings, Leads Groups and Ambassadors.

Amber Kirchmer, Director of Communications & Events As the Director of Communications & Events for the Metro North Chamber of Commerce, Amber Kirchmer works to promote communication and enhance marketing services with all current and potential members. Amber is directly responsible for aspects of member communication including the Messenger newsletter, development council and the membership directory/buyers guide. Amber is also responsible for coordinating Chamber events. Before joining the Metro North Chamber, Amber worked for the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce where she was directly responsible for working on internal and external marketing and PR efforts (newsletters, advertising creation, press releases, flyers, and special events membership development). Amber has a BA in Public Relations and a minor in business administration.

Dan Noreen, Membership Development Consultant As Membership Development Consultant, Dan is responsible for increasing membership and retaining current membership. Dan is also responsible for selling both sponsorships and advertising. Dan brings to the Chamber an extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, communications and customer service.

Shiley Johnson, Website Coordinator As the Website Coordinator for the Metro North Chamber, Shiley is primarily responsible for the upkeep and development of the Metro North Chamber website. Shiley also produces the weekly email and fax communications that are distributed throughout the membership. Shiley is also responsible for the production of the Chamber Challenge 5K Race that is held annually in September. Shiley also attends the University of Colorado at Boulder as a full-time student.

RJ Hicks, Metro North Chamber Lobbyist RJ Hicks, of Hicks & Associates, is the Metro North Chamber Lobbyist. RJ provides a strong presence and year round leadership at the State Capitol, which helps to expand the Chamber's sphere of influence. RJ plays an integral role in the Candidate Endorsement process and also assists in the Development Council Breakfast Series, Business & Governmental Affairs Committee and Candidate Debates.
