Craig Carlson Chairman of the Board, Metro North Chamber
Craig Carlson is the Managing Member of Carlson Parkhill LLC and an investor and developer of mixed use projects in Metro Denver. Current projects is involved in include; The Avenues in Aurora, (a TOD mixed use project and location of the Aurora City Center Light Rail Station); Adams Crossing; (future location of the Adams County government center); The Arbors @ Brighton; Brighton Pavilions; and Parterre an 800 acre master planned community in the City of Thornton. Recently in partnership with THF Realty, Craig created PrairieCenter, an 1800 acre mixed use master planned project in northeast Denver.
Craig has had an active, successful career in real estate and development.He was Leader of Operations for Fairfield Residential, a privately held construction and property management company specializing in multi-family projects in several states. As the Regional Partner for Fairfield’s operations in Colorado, he successfully negotiated site selection, acquisition, financing, and complete construction and development of over 14,000 apartment.Prior to joining Fairfield Residential, Craig was associated with Fuller and Company, one of Denver's premier real estate brokerage firms. From 1980 through 1989 he was President of Carlson & Carlson, a full service real estate development, brokerage and consulting firm.

Todd Steward
Chair-Elect, Metro North Chamber
Todd Steward, President and Chief Executive of HealthONE’s North Suburban Medical Center (NSMC), is the Chair-Elect of the Metro North Chamber. In 2004, Todd relocated from a 185-bed hospital in Louisiana to NSMC, bringing with him 12 years’ experience in healthcare leadership.Already familiar with the Metro North region’s tremendous growth, he brought also a vision to enhance the hospital’s programs and services to meet the growing demands for high-quality healthcare in our surrounding communities. Todd’s vision, though, for a healthy community extends beyond the walls of North Suburban and his role as a hospital administrator.Serving as Chair-Elect also allows him opportunities to co-develop strategic business initiatives that help sustain a vibrant economy and help the Chamber accomplish its vision to help Metro North communities thrive. A native of Texas, Todd holds a masters degree in Health Care Administration from TrinityUniversity and an undergraduate degree in Biology/Pre-Med from AbileneChristianUniversity. He is also a member of the AmericanCollege of Healthcare Executives. Between his commitments to both organizations – the Metro North Chamber and North Suburban Medical Center– Todd aspires to promote positive change on behalf of the entire region.
Dana Talarico Immediate Past-Chair, Metro North Chamber 2006
Dana Talarico is the Immediate Past Chair of the Metro North Chamber and President of Talarico & Associates. Dana’s first involvement in the Chamber was as a member of the Metro North Leadership Program and now she is an active member of the Leadership Advisory Board. “Thoroughly enjoyed my involvement in the Metro North Chamber and am excited about the tremendous growth opportunity the Chamber has in front of us.The Chamber is a great resource for business and takes an active role in promoting business interests for the entire Metro North region,” states Talarico.
Dana began her career working for LaSalle Partners in their Corporate Relocation Division and then went to Andersen Consulting in their Manufacturing and IT Division. Dana is President of Talarico & Associates, a full-service real estate development firm, She has a BSBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Southern Europe in Monaco which she earned during her five years living in France and Germany.
Dana sees the value of being an active contributor to her community and is involved with the Mapleton School District Ambassador Committee, the City of Thornton Sub Area Economics and Marketing Committee, and she participates in the Mary Ciancio Memorial Golf and Tennis Tournament which benefits the CommunityReachCenter, CASA and Access Housing.
“Through our membership with the Metro North Chamber my company has stayed informed on the latest economic, political and development trends that are happening in the region and our company has grown and made valuable contacts that are directly attributable to our active involvement,” concluded Talarico.
